I’m dissatisfied! When I have deposits made to my account that are from the government that are “pending” they don’t show up until they “clear” as you guys would tell it. Which doesn’t make sense since it’s coming from the government it should be “clear” already a as you guys say!Kidz44

Best bank
Not every day you find a bank that you are comfortable banking at but this bank is the best. I enjoy using The app it shows you every time you make a transaction and for a busy mom on the go it’s just what I need.ship12323

It’s hard to navigate. The size of the pages on the app are way too big. I shouldn’t have to move side to side or up and down too see most things. I thought I sent a payment and never seen it pulled from my account or pending. I tried the process again and the submit button wasn’t visible. You had to scroll down to hit the submit. (Page needs to be smaller)Ugh!! I understand this is a smaller bank but the bank I had previously (before they bought them out) was also a smaller bank and their app was awesome. Hope they figure this out.Show lessjellen!
