Difficult to make mobile deposit
I have been trying this app for few days to deposit check on mobile app, each time it says “ go to mobile app for deposit” I reinstalled the app but problem did not resolve. It was so much easier on pedestal bank Aap. Is there anyone who can share the experience of mobile deposit.Nafeesa Khowaja

B1 Bank
I opened my account with Business 1st over 10 years ago when there were only 2 locations, 1 in Baton Rouge and 1 in Shreveport. They were friendly and helpful then and are still to this day. Being a Senior it’s still nice when someone calls you by name and knows your children. I’ve had the opportunity to watch them grow methodically while never forgetting how they got there. The Change As Gone Well

Inefficient deposits and errors
The pedestal bank mobile deposit was much faster and simple to deposit the check. The B1Bank bank app also has an issue at times unlike the pedestal banking app where the b1bank app would show that my account is at $0.00. After a few times of logging out the app and logging back in it would finally show my true account balance.Show lesshagen_21
Mobile deposit
I have been trying for 2mths to deposit a check with mobile deposit but it won’t load the camera. I live over an hour from a location. This is getting ridiculous.Chell38
