Would like a free trial with pro features
It would be great to have a free trial of the pro features to try out. I’m new to this so I’m not sure what I need and what I don’t so it would be nice to be able to try it before purchasing.
Extremely disappointed.
When I found this app I thought it was an amazing tool for a new reefer such as myself. But the fact that they’ve added this BS subscription completely ruins any benefit this app had. I can keep track of my parameters on countless apps online. Uninstalled don’t waste your time.
Logging
I love the app so far. It’s much easier to go back & put past logs in on iPhone than on computer. Just my experience so far. But then again just starting for our 5 aquariums to keep all in one place so we both can keep an eye on it. Thanx y’all!

Began using the app last night. It’s very user friendly and easy to understand. This was really the last thing I needed for my tank, a nice logging platform.

Good idea in theory, however after using it for a week or two and logging a lot of data on it for several tanks, I logged in one day to find all of my diary loggings and all but one of my tanks to have been deleted. I now realise this is because I must have been on a ‘free trial’ of the pro version, and after that ran out it deleted everything and went back to the free version. However I was never notified I was on a trial version or that it was about to run out, so all of my data got totally deleted. Poorly thought out system, won’t be recommending.

I originally thought this app was about 4 stars, but after losing all my data after the last update I can only rate it 1 star.
Update: after excellent communication with the developer, I realized I didn’t understand what I had signed up for. I am changing my rating back to 4 stars

Great app and support
Fantastic app with a very helpful support team.
Subscriptions
The app locks you out of a lot of features. Lost my data and such because I didn’t have higher than basic account level. Would rather a one time purchase than a monthly subscription. This app had so much potential and was the best on the market!
