Still owe me 90eur refund

I returned a pair of shoes. They contact me saying they received a pair of shoes that I never ordered. It's a new pair, women's shoes, for which they give me their article code too. I say I never sent those shoes, please check that you received my pair of shoes. They say nope, we received from you a pair of shoes that you never ordered (btw more expensive than mine), so we can't refund you, happy to have you as a customer, have a nice day.
So after spending 250eur with them on multiple orders, they basically claim that I returned a more expensive, brand new pair of shoes that I never ordered. Never for a second they suspect that in a warehouse that handles thousands of articles daily there could have been a mix up.

Good app but a major bug
Guys, overall the app is nice to use but there’s one huge bug that is driving me insane (almost! 😀) - when you are in your “favorites” list and click off to another app for a second, you come back to Zalando and the list updates itself and now you are at the beginning again, having to scroll all the way down to where you were. Please stop the list from reloading itself all the time, it would be so helpful if it just remembered where I was.

Outrageous
Zalando took it upon itself and decided by the refund escalation team to not refund me 3 bags and some shoes and other items
For this reason :
The packages were returned empty
Wow how dare this awful company ignore my plea to refund my money on these items clocking up to over a staggering £1000
How dare the CO ignore my plea to refund my money
Zalando I do not steal and neither does my local shop owner who takes my parcels for return
It is your own crew who transport the packages who are stealing the items
Refund my money !!!

The worst form of communication I have ever known. I was told continuously I had ordered something I absolutely did not. They suggested it would be reported to the fraud team. Another email from the third person finally telling me my account was cancelled to only receive more emails from other people telling me to tell them my order number before they can cancel! So much stress and time wasted over a week to delete an app I never used. I was also sent a fake invoice by ‘their team’ which was blank saying I had placed this order!!! Stay clear! They trap you and make false accusations.

Sell Box issue
I previously used the app to sell gently used items to Zalando through their Sell Bix program. I just did another clean out of ny clothing ans wanted to create a new box but there is NO BUTTON to add items to the app and into your box. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. This feature is completely useless at the moment with no button available to add items to your box.

Cant change the language
You can’t change the language without changing the country. Impossible to shop if you aren’t fluent in the language of the country you reside.

Good app
Th app is pretty good and user friendly. However, (and this is the reason for my low rating) whenever you search for something and then go out of the app, it does not save the settings and refreshes. This is incredibly annoying when you have had filters and already scrolled through hundreds of products!! You then have to start all over again because even if you just go out of it for about 2 mins and then back in, it refreshes and puts you back to the main screen and the previous search is gone. Please fix this, it’s horrible!
