Oy...I'm outta breath

If u want a kick start on getting back in shape, this will do it. Good overall routine and will get you sweating. Exercises are simple to do but u can feel them working. If u can't do all the reps, do what u can and build up to it. There are different levels of difficulty to choose from as well. Great app if u r on the road in a guest room.

Love this!!

I was inspired to download this app after meeting one of the creators on the subway. Today was my first day using it but I LOVED the routine. It was just challenging enough for me to break a sweat but I felt like I could keep up. The only thing is it doesn't tell you how's my minutes you have left... But maybe that's a good thing because I was pleasantly surprised when it was over!

Great for hotels!

I was able to do this in every hotel I stayed in on tour! Not the most challenging - but a great wait to maintain some fitness and break a little sweat!

Really great quick at-home workout

This routine was awesome to get a tough, quick workout when I only had a few minutes for exercise. I was skeptical going in, but will definitely use this again.

Don't let the cartoon character fool u! This is a great workout! I am back to working out and have tried other apps! This by far gives u a full body workout and hit all the major muscle groups! Give it a try u have nothing to lose but some weight!!! LOVE IT!!!

Great app for hard workouts when you have no equipment

This is a great app for a hard circuit workout with great guided images, integrated timer, and reps. The app does a good job of allow the user to adjust the difficulty right up front with one question: how many push-ups can you do. The free version has one workout at each level, with more available in the full version. I have a pretty high bar for exercise apps and this meets it.

Bottom line: a great app for those who want a fast, challenging, and guided body weight workout. Most ideal settings for me are at home and when traveling and staying in hotels.

Loved it!

Great app! My first time using it and really worked up a sweat. Appreciated the diagrams and reminders about technique and variations. Will definitely use again.
