Making a payment
everything is amazing. From transferring money to my checking to my savings vice versa the only thing that I would complain about is making payments because I tried making up payment towards my credit card, and when I did that through the mobile app, it said that I had an error for five consecutive days after my due date. That’s the only reason why I would write it a four star because even though I had to call my bank and ask them to do it for me, I feel like now I was just late with my payments, and that kind of messed me up and I would like to have received an email at least knowing that the system of doing that was down.

Don’t need to go into the bank!
All my needs are taken care of on this app. I especially like the “search” function to see if I paid a particular bill. You can set up auto-pay, transfer money between your accounts (including to your car payment loan account) or even to accounts at another banks, Face ID, remote deposit a check. Even though the actual bank has short hours, using the app makes things really accessible. I only have to go to the bank maybe 6 times a year!
One think is a lot of banks don’t recognize you as a bank online so I’m only able to transfer 1 one bank & not all of them.

Mobile app
It took me a while to sign up, but once I did, it’s a life changer! I no longer have to go to the bank for every single transaction and I don’t have to send my checks to the bank in the mail. Mobile deposit is the way to go! . I LOVE IT!
Love this app
I don’t have much hope for “helpful” apps, but this one is actually doing what it’s supposed and doing it well. I feel relaxed when I have any questions or an issue because I know I’ll be able to find a solution through this app. It’s simple, with an intuitive interface. Only has what I need and it’s easy to navigate. Even their ads help me know there are other things available to me through this bank. If I can’t solve it online, help is a text/call away through the app. This app makes me happy and appreciative that I bank with you. Your app enhances the experience of banking with you and the customer service is really extended through to the app. It’s really nice. Thank you.

Excellent App, Great Bank!
Left the other popular banks in Hawaii. My parents were members here and recommended I join. I have nothing but good things to say. Only downside is the one and only branch is far from my home. But thats why I'm reviewing their app. I never need to go in.. or at-least, very rarely. Really recommend using the app if you are a member. If not, join the bank! And then use the app.
