Severe weather concerns
This is a great app! The resources are relevant and very helpful. HOWEVER, when you open the radar or the live broadcasts, there is. 15-30 second ad, every time you open it. So, imagine you’re in your basement because a tornado is headed your way and your device is your source of information. Your family is worried about you and texting you. You go to text them back and come back to the app and there’s a 15-30 second ad for your heating and cooling needs before you can see how close the tornado is.Show lessCAJJRN
Not as good as used to be
The app does not tell, dewpoint or humidity level. At least that I can find. On your radar I don’t understand why or when it changed but it does not show future weather as in hitting the play button and seeing when a storm will pass. when you hit play, it goes all the way to the end and says now , that’s not helpful at all. I need to know when a storm is going to be done, as in when the storm will pass over my areaShow less2222/33333
July 2023 update does not show radar correctly
I’m using an iPhone 12. After the update radar is either not updated correctly or shows false weather. Shows thunderstorms that aren’t there. When there is a thunderstorm the radar doesn’t pick it up, shows only the lightning. I have screen shots of this. Also the 24 hour radar is based on an assumption where storms will hit, not completely accurate. I prefer to watch where storms were moving in an hour period. If this is not fixed, I’m deleting the app..Show lesshjohnnym
App is garbage
Loads slowly and always wants the ads first. Nothing like looking at ads to see if you are in tornado warning. Notification settings don’t work. Still get news video notifications even when off. All I want is weather and weather alerts not hard to do. You used to have that on your app years ago and it worked flawlessly.
Update 4/1/23
With the storm surge over night I was greeted with tornado warnings for every other county but mine! I only have the county I work in and live selected I do not want to be notified of updated severe weather for other counties. Current weather conditions not always accurate
The App says that it is sunny outside which is not accurate. It’s completely overcast. This happens all the time.agmilliron
Temperature Map bug
Latest update introduced a bug in the Temp map. The colors show up but no little circles with the number in them. Haven’t updated other devices yet and I’ll wait till they fix this one. It was a quick and easy way to check the temps where friends and family live.Perry3D
Only works when connected to home wi-fi!
It doesn’t really do me any good (especially with weather alerts) since it only works when I’m at home and the app can connect to my home Wi-Fi. I’ve looked to look to see if there’s some setting that I don’t have set (the app itself has only weather alert settings), but I can’t find anything.Cicerogirl
Push notifications
Expect lots of notices. I only wanted emergency notices. It seems that WHIO weather wants to remind me that they are still here several times a day. I keep the app because the emergency notices are good and the locator provides weather wherever I decide to travel.friendly but honest

I use this at any time of the day or night to see what’s happening in are airy . Temp rain or snow . Plus alerts for bad weather . It’s the best . Get it today you wont be sorry !!!handle in my hand
Ads annoying
