No Barometric Pressure
... probably the most important condition for forecasting, and you dont include it on your app ... folks use the readings to reset their home barometers for better accuracy ... please include air pressure as an observation item ... thank you ...CJC0201
Waste of money to pay IT
I used to rely on this app for my hour-by-hour weather updates. I especially liked being able to see the barometric pressure.
Now, the radar is terrible, slow and jerky, and there is still no barometer display. I think the IT dept made it worse than before, just for job security to have to fix it. I’m deleting it and going back to WeatherBug.Show lessT-shirt/GOBUCKS
Their name says it all — STORM Center 7
It could be called “Weather Watcher 7” or “Weather Center 7”. Anything but such a negative word. About the app. First thing you should see is the temperature, then current conditions & all else if you want it. Also , stop trying to include everyone by saying, “You will need a coat or a jacket & perhaps gloves and a hat if you are heading for the buss stop or walking or maybe you will be outside working or.. “. For goodness sake, get on with the DETAILS!!!! I like the women because they get to be he point - geeze!!!!Show lessnickname I have none
I use to love this app
This is the worst app I have ever used. I use to love this app for my local weather. The radar is awful, it hardly ever works. If you need to look something up on the app it constantly takes you to a video that never downloads. If I could give it a negative star review I would pick negative 5. App will not open
I love channel 7! I trust their meteorologists! But my channel 7 app will not open. It had been but since last evening (Jan. 21) it will not open. All my other apps seem to be ok and the other functions of my phone seem to be ok. Anyone else having issues?

GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION!!!
When are you going to pay attention to all of the negative reviews and change the app back to the older version everyone loved? Can’t you see these negative ratings? None of the little fixes solve the problems. This app is too busy and too convoluted with junk we don’t need! Users are busy and want to see the 7-day forecast and radar! Could it be you can’t change it until the ad programs you sold expire? And what good are ads that get less eyeballs? Why else wouldn’t you change it back NOW? Luckily I told my husband not to update the app on his phone or the iPad. He picked up my phone the day after the tornadoes and said he couldn’t make heads or tails out of it! I never use it on my phone now. Change this app back to the clear, concise, colorful, uncluttered version it once way and quite monkeying around with something that people hate and doesn’t work!!!!!!!!Show lessJerbearipb

Latest update epic fail
I used to LOVE the WHIO weather app! Used to being the really important part of that sentence. Now I really don’t like it at all. I am considering going back to the Weather Channel app and I didn’t like it either.
It is very hard to find alerts. I don’t want to watch a video about them. I just want to be able to quickly glance at the app to know what’s going on.
I also don’t like the announcer that tells me heavy rain is detected in my area. I can see and hear that, and I usually see and hear it before the announcement comes.
Where the heck did you guys put the current temperature?!?!? That used to be front and center. That’s what most people want to know. I don’t want to watch all the videos. I want to look at the app and see for myself. I never watched the forecast on the previous version, I’m not starting now.

Passed up on this app
Deleted it a while back. If the old app comes back or something better that is not a royal pain or frustrating, please announce it on T.V. Didn’t know there were so many horrible reviews as I thought it was just me. I was ready to come back until I read the reviews.
Back to the App Store to try something else as my newest app (A major one) didn’t work out either due to location updating only once every 3 hours and taking way too long to open.Show lessKountrykruiser
Crashes & locks, ads block display
This app is poorly designed. If you open the app and then open it again after a couple of hours, it crashes with the message “Error unable to display data, check your wifi settings”. I have verified with many of my colleagues that they too are receiving the same message on both ipads and iphones when connected to wifi.
There are too many large ads that obscure viewing the information on the screen. I could not even see the hourly forecast because of a huge Quest eseries rider ad.
Surely WHIO has enough revenue to make an ad free app.
As it stands, there are much better ad free weather apps to use.Show lessNadger1829
