Nice Concept, but...
04/13/2015: One Star downgrade
Almost a full year later, and still no update... The future looks very bleak, and now I'm regretting my investment in this bed... I must take my previous two-star review and downgrade it to a one-star. I can't believe what a mistake I made purchasing a Serta product.

My iPhone was just never able to find the bed using Bluetooth. This app is, literally, a waste of time.OhSoHumble

I agree with other reviews. I followed instructions to the letter, but I get "Pairing Unsuccessful" when trying to pair base with WIFI. Called Serta...no help...call installers !!! Installers say call Serta. App needs upgrading...Rx1415
Custom Base should out perform the Signature Base
Shouldn't the flagship Custom base app have more features than the lower priced Signature base(?). Where's the wake to massage?
Love the base, but the app desperately needs development. The Serta Motion Custom is supposed to be their flagship model, but the Serta iComfort Signature's app has lots of features the Custom does not have.
1) A snore button to position the bed to less snore prone position
2) A dimmer slide bar to dim the light
3) And, most importantly, an alarm that let's you wake to massage and/or raises you up at wake up time.
These are all features that can be added through an update on the app. Please unleash the full potential of this bed!Show lessNoJackKnown
