No help from the developer or AppleVRB1960
EOS app not working
I can download and read issues but that is it. I cannot log-in so I can't control my subscription. Working with publisher of magazine to get help, but it is slow going due to the 6 hours time difference between my home and the publications offices.

Problems with subscription
The emagazine is good, however, they e changed their subscription and now I can't access the past editions I have already paid for! Buyer beware--any changes the company makes, the consumer is the one who pays the price.CAS1951
Canon Advertisement
As a Canon professional photographer I assumed this would be packed with great information. In reality it is just an advertisement for all of Canon's products in one magazine. Useful information is hard to find, especially for a professional. This is a disappointment. It should be free for what it is.Show lessBill Raab
