Lost all purchased magazines!

Something has changed with this version of the app. All my purchased downloaded magazines are gone. And now the app wants me to log on which it didn't require isn't the past.

Very disappointed.

Problems with subscription

The emagazine is good, however, they e changed their subscription and now I can't access the past editions I have already paid for! Buyer beware--any changes the company makes, the consumer is the one who pays the price.

Excellent!

I have managed to get into my subscription with no problem at all. This is just what I have been waiting for, it is so much more convenient that reading the magazines from my desktop. The App works very well, with no glitches (that I have encountered). The magazine itself is great, whether you are a beginner or more experienced photographer. There is always something in the magazine that I can take away and use.
Well done!

Waste of space

Won't let me into my subscriptions and the support is just a list of questions and no help

Useless

Utterly useless.

Won't recognise my subscription. Tried to sort it out online, to no avail.

Poor app

I have an old subscription that still has 5 issues I'm entitled to. I can't use this app to redeem my 5 issues and can't load my previously purchased issued, it just keeps asking me to login even though I am already logged in. Not worth the space it takes up on my iPad.

I understand that without a valid subscription, all previous editions are not available

I have just been informed that unless you have a valid subscription, any previous issues of EOS Magazine that you have already paid for and downloaded in previous subscription years will no longer be accessible on your iPad.
So, unless you renew each and every year, all your previous editions of the magazine that you have already purchased will not be accessible.
This is what just happened to me and I was informed by EOS Magazine support that:
β€œUnfortunately yes, you do need a valid subscription. We do apologise for this! I totally understand your frustration.”
Maybe I should have read the T&C's?

Canon Advertisement

As a Canon professional photographer I assumed this would be packed with great information. In reality it is just an advertisement for all of Canon's products in one magazine. Useful information is hard to find, especially for a professional. This is a disappointment. It should be free for what it is.

Not acceptable

Not acceptable - your magazines from your past subscribstion are unaccesible, once your subscription ends.

Rubbish

It has never worked for me.
I can see my magazines but when trying to read them it just keeps taking me to subscriptions page.
I have complained to them and received an email stating that I need to shut the app and try again.....that was all the help I got, needless to say it didn't help.
Don't waste your time with it, useless!
