The best App…it has multiple uses!
I have been using this app for several years now. Before WhatsApp, I was looking for an inexpensive way to connect with family and friends in the islands. Phone cards were not cheap and you get so little for so much money…then someone told me about Boss Revolution, I have changed phones and numbers and I am still using Boss! Plus it’s also the simplest way for me to send phone minutes to my family, whether Digicel or Flow…. I tell everyone that I can who has family abroad to use this app….it’s simply the best!…and it’s FREE! My favorite word!

I started using the service the days when you had to buy the calling card and have consistently seen it growth throughout its service improvement process. I have to say, this service has reasonably connected me to my parents who live in another continent and been there before the internet data calling services. Still, I use this service when I have to call my parents in remote locations on this planet. I have seen the app improvements as it continues to respond to its customers need and I hope to continue using some of the new features such as support for calling options.Show lessDevisse

I added money to my account, it was debited from my bank but never made it to my account. I called customer service, was told my information needed to be confirmed. I confirmed my information and was told my account will be good in 24-48hrs, the money will be refunded and I will be able to add it again. None of that happened! I called again after 48hrs, was placed on hold and call got disconnected. I called again, I was told my account is blocked, I can’t add money to my account. I will need to go to a store like Walmart to buy a calling card to makes calls. Agent acted as if the whole point of having the app is NOT for the convenience of not having to go to a store and be able to add money remotely and make calls. Agent could not tell me the reason why my account is blocked and wouldn’t transfer me a department that would be able to assist. Suggestion was for me to go to a store and buy a calling card. It’s been a week and NO RESOLUTION!

I have been using the Boss Revolution app for a while now over ten years, I have not use another app since I discovered Boss Revocation. Unlike other phone calls app, whatever amounts you put on your account for use, stay the same no matter how long. Others app chip away your balance even when you don’t use your phone. When you call for support on this platform, they help you in a professional ways. Boss Revolution you are the best that I know of all the other apps in your league . Congratulations and continue to stay on top as the best as you do and want the best for your customers.

This app I downloaded over 5 years ago has been a great back up, when I need to call friends and families in the 3rd world countries . When my family and friends don’t have “data “ on their phone to make calls, I can still call them through this app with their phone numbers. You can preload it with monetary funds to make a call as you use it, or you can set it up to automatically withdraw a specific amount when you funds on the account runs low. Setting it up this way, you will never have a dropped call due to lack of funds. I love it !! It’s my “ phone contact” saver.Show lessMora1974

More than 12 years with Boss Revolution has met with nixed results. I use it mostly for calls to my home country and to offer top up to younger relatives who are in the Universities. For me personally, I mix cash purchases of Boss cards with auto payments from my registered debit card. Although that was compromised once, I am more cautious about using it. My contention is customer service which could be local. I can’t in the life of me explain how after 15 years of using the app, my calls are discontinued with “we don’t recognize this originating number”
Secondly there are too many complaints about intergrity on the part of destination networks that fail to deliver full value of top up due on $ amount. Boss ought to ensure quality delivery service.Show lessJonubeks
