Need to adopt some change

Been using BR for over five years now. It was the only app I had on my phone for international calls until I stumbled on another app. I switched to that app because the app stays in ringing mode and does not start to count the minute until the actual conversation starts. But BR start to count as soon as you dial. It would be nice if you can adopt that method of not counting the minute until someone is on the other side that way, it gives one to total minute that is actually been using and you can tell when to stop the call. When you do a lot of international call every penny counts. But I can be 40 second in the call but it can look like over a minute has gone by because you don’t know when it started. BR, please change that to actually count the minute of the conversation and you would be good. I think it’s is honest business in my book. Thanks you

Unauthorized User

It’s been already a few monthly when I noticed that some hacker had access to my Boss Revolution App account. They are still there in my App account. I immediately blocked them but there is NO WAY TO DELETE THEM from my account!!!!! I called the customer service and no resolution to this date! I have no idea how they could get into my account as a “User”. PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME HOW TO DELETE THUS HACKER FROM MY ACCOUNT! As per your customer service I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app and that did not fix the issue. I logged out and logged back in - that did not fix the issue!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS HACKER IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!! Also, sometimes, you misdial a number and there is no option in your app to DELETE the misdialed number! The only option your app has to “ADD”., and THAT option is NON-Functional also. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!! And most critically, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS HACKER USER who is in my account!

But not from Africa to Canada
