Awful app

This is a business account and during the pandemic we’ve had to use mobile banking at times if the check is not depositing via remote deposit capture. This company should really outsource to a good app developer. I’ve been locked out after typing my password in even though I know the password is correct. Then I have to go through resetting it. And mobile deposit is the worst. It makes me re-take pictures a thousand times until it will finally process. Sometimes I give up and go back later to try again. Nobody has hours to try to deposit one check. I have other personal banking apps and they all work 10 times better with mobile deposits.

I gave it 2 stars since I can at least view the account and any activity. But using it for anything else is worthless. They definitely need to get with the times and do a better job.

Better than the web interface

EagleBank's web interface is pretty terrible, so I was pleasantly surprised to find an easy-to-use mobile app. I think the mobile app will become my go-to platform for banking with them. Check deposit feature is especially useful since my local branch's ATM doesn't allow check deposits. Will rate 5 stars as soon as fingerprint sign in becomes an option.

Downgraded

The latest version is a downgrade

You could logon before and see details of your transaction like your deposit. Now the details are gone and just the transaction is available.

Making it a downgrade and a less convenient app.
