I guess they realized they had a gold mine of training content with the video messaging, tacked some AI nonsense onto the app, and now are training models from our messages. Neat! Was a fun messaging app to stay in contact with friends, but good things must come to an end.

We can assure you, your personal & account information, profile photo, video, photo or text messages are not shared with external third parties or were used or shared when using the Lloyd Video AI feature. Your privacy is important to us. You may also use Lloyd for free for your messaging as you did in the past with Glide. We hope to turn this around for you. Why did you change glide ?I have I phone an Glide changed
I’m not sure if Glide changed for everyone or just for I phone users but I absolutely hate this Lloyd app why did yall have to go and ruin a good thing??? Makes me so mad all my videos an everything I had in my favorites on the Glide version is no longer available on the knew Lloyd version!! I will be looking elsewhere to find something better thank this app!! Also I paid the $1.99 every 3 months for no ads and 10 minute videos instead of 5 now that it’s this stupid new app they wanna charge $5.99 a month I will not pay for that with this awful appShow lessDeveloper Response
Hi Southern Belle, we apologize for any confusion with the new Lloyd brand (prior Glide) that provides an optional AI subscription feature and the Favorite issue. You may continue to use Lloyd for free for your messaging as you did in the past with Glide. If you paid for the Lloyd Video AI subscription in error, please check your device's Settings to view all your App subscriptions to see if you need to cancel Lloyd Video AI. We just fixed the Favorites section so please ensure your Lloyd app is updated to the latest software version, then you will see your Favorite messages again.
