If you don’t want to buy an extra wearable for HRV training, this is it!
Then I discovered 59 Breaths. The app does what it should, is easy to understand and now part of my daily routine.
I feel so much better now and couldn’t be more grateful!
Clean, soothing, simple
Needs a visual indicator for inhale/exhale
Great app but far too expensive for what it is
Great Hrv Breathing App
After looking for an app to support this practice, I found this one and have been very happy with it. I’ve found HRV breathing extremely helpful, and the app itself is nicely designed and very simple to use.
The interface provides a clear visualization of your heart rate (measured on apple watch) while breathing, along with sound cues that indicate when to breathe in and when to breathe out. There’s also a helpful tool at the beginning that helps you find the breathing rate that suits you best, after which you can continue practicing with that rhythm.
Overall, it’s a straightforward and effective app for anyone who wants to practice HRV breathing regularly
Great Breathwork app!
POTS people check this out!
Autoplay video on first app open
Response from developer
Hi SeaDour, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we're sorry the autoplay intro felt overwhelming on first launch. That video is a critical part of our onboarding - our research showed that users who skip it often don’t get the full benefit of the app. We understand that it can feel jarring, so you can always mute or lower the volume using your device’s buttons (no need to force-quit). We’re continuously exploring ways to improve the experience, and your feedback is invaluable in shaping future updates. If you have any further ideas or run into other issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out at hello@fiftynine.app. We hope you’ll give 59 Breaths another try.
promising and useful
Quick way to relieve stress
Verzweifelter Versuch, Support zu bekommen
Incredibly well designed and works
Need Apple Watch
Response from developer
Hi Wilagirl, Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry you couldn’t complete setup without an Apple Watch. We launched with Watch support first because it offers reliable, accessible real-time heart-rate readings via its developer API. Oura does not currently provide heart rate data access for third-party apps - if that changes, we’ll add support. We hope you’ll give 59 Breaths another try when Oura allows to use their data and consider updating your rating - drop us a line at hello@fiftynine.app with any other ideas. Thanks for helping us improve!
