Booked taxis for a wedding a few weeks in advance, only for them to call on the day two hours before the pick up time saying they weren’t coming and then hanging up before it could be discussedCR&PA

this is the service I was looking for there are so great it’s a 24 / 7 service which I was Oder cab for Luton At 3 clock the drive was on time and he was helping me to load all the bags I was so great full. 👍👌faznan@msn

I really should have looked at the reviews. They called me 20min before my pick-up time to let me know they had no cars available. I wish they’d let me know in good time so I could actually have made it to my appointment and arranged something else. An hour before would’ve been grand ! Useless App try a different taxi firm 🤬
Completely useless if the App doesn’t work. Reinstalling App and log in but never get the authentication SMS to continue. They’ve either blocked the number or the phone somehow and can’t fix the problem???? Apparently alit of complaints. Have asked for weeks but they can’t sort themselves out. App is fine but service terrible
I really wanted to find a reliable, app based, local taxi service. The app itself works fine but unfortunately, the company is not able to provide the service that they are advertising. I in the morning booked a taxi for a special family dinner that evening. When it did not arrive, I called and was told it would be 90 minutes before a taxi could get to me! Poor service
They decided to cancel my car 5 minutes after the pickup time when I had a wedding to attend. They gave me no reasoning behind it other than “we have no cars available” would have been good to know when I booked the car 2 HOURS EARLIER!!!! Apparently they tried to contact me before but I have no record of that on my phone. He claimed to have tried to call me “five minutes earlier” which would have been at the time of the pickup. Do not use - Continually let you down
We book hours in advance for a 7pm pickup. At 7pm we got a message saying driver was on their way and will be with us at 8pm! This isn’t the first time they have done this. If you can’t pick up at a certain time don’t take the booking!10printhello
App ok but Service unreliable
App is well done but the service is not great. Book a cat at 10 am for an 11pm pickup. Get call 2 mins before claiming driver has had an accident. When asked where accident happened, told it happened 5 mins ago, 45 mins away from where pickup was. Or trustworthy enough to use againDR0004
Not fit for purpose app - blocklisted for no reason
Tried to download this app on IOS 14.6. I was impressed as this company seems to be the only one in the area to have it. But despite multiple times of downloading, I was not able to
Receive a text to verify my phone number and after multiple times I was apparently blacklisted.
