Left me stranded & alone twice late at night.
Unreliable taxi service. You book through the app. Booking confirmed. Get notification taxi is on the way. Then they cancel on you when they are 20mins late. Happened to me twice out of 3 bookings. They don’t care about leaving a woman out alone late with now alternative way of getting home.

Drivers are always polite and helpful, cars are always clean and arrive on time, I truly recommend this company as a lady traveling alone sometimes, it’s nice to know that I am in safe hands, I will not use any other company. Thank you Clocktower Cars for providing an outstanding service,

Life savers clocktower company
Went to abroad booked taxi with some other XYZ company a week before my flight.
Without knowing me they cancelled my taxi on flying day before few hours and it was Saturday.
Was so worrying about flight but big thanks to clocktower cars i rung them up even they was busy as well then i tell them my problem as soon they heard after half an hour got the business first class service from them with economical rate and i got my flight just on time.
And i enjoyed my holidays

A Rubbish App & Now They’ve Blacklisted Me
The app is poor. Repeatedly it leads you to book cars immediately when you are actually trying to book a future pick-up. And putting in your flight number is ignored because, apparently, the flight no turns up in the ‘wrong place’! And then there was the trip into London that was supposed to be paid for, but because it seems they did charge as much as they should’ve (we didn’t know - we just asked to pre-pay for trip and paid what was asked for) they told the 1am pick up that it wasn’t paid for making it his problem.
... and when I go to try and book an airport run & give them a second chance, I find they’ve black listed me 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Show lessMark Reece
Rubbish
The app itself is rubbish, the tracking system is always off. I’m currently sat in a cab right now and have just been shouted at by the driver because he was waiting outside for 3 minutes when I told him I looked out the window and didn’t see him he proceeded to tell me that I should have come out the house and waited for him... I politely had to ask him not to speak to me for the rest of the journey. Prices are ridiculous, you get charged extra if you pay by card also. Only got a Clocktower because there was no Uber’s available if I’m honest. Next time il wait.Show lessRee200494
Atrocious company and misleading app
The app works in that you can book a cab. But it won't turn up at the time booked, it won't necessarily go to the right pick up spot and it won't be the price quoted.
The surcharge for airport pick up, once you've convinced them to come to arrivals to get you rather than requiring you to traipse around the airport grounds, is also not mentioned until it's too late.Show lessalexjh84
OK -But...
A useful app but you can only run it on one device - when you set it up, you are asked to create a log-in but then there is no way of logging out! So, you cannot check a booking from a second device, say a PC or tablet if yuo set the account up on a phone. The developer needs to address this - then it may be worth more starsShow lessTop Dog 4
