Amazing Upgrade
The new online portal and the app are now the same views and both are a HUGE upgrade. There were just a few steps that we had to take to re-verify our login credentials and grant permissions to see non-joint accounts of other family members.Rebekah and Craig
New App
I had a little trouble with updating the new app but the employees were so willing to help and get it resolved. I love the way it looks and can see all my accounts that I am attached to.mb9892
Can’t even log in!!!
No online app is working..it’s saying user name and password is wrong now!!! You can even get to the other screen to verify who you are at all!!!
This is ridiculous when your out of town and have no access to your mobile app!!!!!Medical517

They have made trying to login so difficult and to change your password requires an arm and a leg but still doesn’t allow you in.Randulh2010

New Update Requiring Student ID Number
Trying to log in after the big update (Oct. 18th, 2022) and I cannot log in because it requires your student ID number, which I do not have.Kitzarch
Trouble scrolling
I have been running into the problem that I can't scroll down to all of my accounts on the transfer money screen. This is an issue when I am out an about because I can't transfer money to or from these accounts. I LOVE this app and hope that there is an update to fix this soon!Dylan_peyton
