Fantastic
This app couldn’t of come at a better time. My son has done really well coping with lockdown but sometimes he just doesn’t want to do homework, so when I showed him DoodleMaths everything changed. My son struggles with maths (so does his mum!!) and this app is great for understanding your child’s needs. You can also get certificates praising your child’s progress (such a great idea and also an amazing confidence boost for our little dudes and dudettes ) I think that’s on a premium subscription, but even so it’s still a great idea. I will be downloading the DoodleEnglish and DoodleTables as well. A very big thank you for making my sons life easier and mine : )Show lessMiss Sharon K

Best maths app for my kids
We were recommended this app by another parent from school and since then has been a revelation for my family! My kids love doodling 10 minutes a day, and I particularly love how the app makes them feel really good about their maths ability. Really good BUT...
It’s a good app for helping my son with his maths and he enjoys seeing how he is doing compared to his school friends.
BUT the question ‘Follow the numbers through the maze’ freezes every single time! When he gets it right, the app does not allow him to move onto the next question but recognises when he gets it wrong?! We have to exit the questions and try the set of 5 questions again to see if it’s working but it’s not and hasn’t been for a while! We are both getting frustrated with it now!!

My 9-year-old forgot to check the price of “Bertie the Sausage Dog” and lost 200 of her DoodleStars. She wishes there was an option where you could get the stars you spent on the item in exchange for the item itself.

We’ve had DoodleMaths subscription for both my 5-year old son and 6-year old daughter for 3 months now and for us it’s worth the subscription fee. I can definitively say that it has helped both my children improve and build their confidence in maths. The app increases in difficulty in accordance with the child’s learning and the tools with different ways of teaching the same things along with repetition hammers the lessons through in a fun way. It’s a great accompaniment to what they are learning in school but because the app advances with their own individual progress, they can also get ahead. My only complaint is that the money lessons are based on British coins/bills, despite having chosen a NZ curriculum.Show lessIsabelleDallas
