Price History of The Chain

Description of The Chain

According to legend Jerry Seinfeld believed that the best way to become a better comic was to write better jokes and the only way to write better jokes was to write every day. To help him with this, he had a system he used to pressure himself to write. He bought a large calendar and a marker. For each day where he completed his task he would mark the day off on the calendar. After a few days he had a chain. A chain he did not want to break. The Don't Break the Chain method works because consistent daily action builds extraordinary outcomes, bit by bit, day after day. It’s a simple but really effective way of building habits and achieving goals. The Chain is a simple App that gives you everything you need to begin working the method and removes the need to buy a calendar and a marker. - Up to 4 chains - Daily reminders for each chain - Task timers - A satisfying click when a task is done!

Reviews of The Chain

Counter doesn't work

This is totally pointless, the only reason you would download it is for the counter!!

Getting on track

Great app. Have started small, with a reminder to drink 2ltrs of water, & that's going great. It's helping me see where I'm likely to miss my goals and identify why. Great little app for helping me do this.

Training

I'm a programmer so I'm naturally built for eating crisps and drinking milkshakes but recently I've noticed that its getting harder and harder to reach the keyboard because of all the relaxed muscle around my waist. I really want to get back to that ripped 6 pack look I strongly believe I had at college but for some reason I don't find the time between writing C code and writing blogs about how things would be if I had super powers or a machine that allowed me to travel through time. To help me focus, I've downloaded this app so that I can do a little bit of training every day; if it works ill travel back in time and update this review accordingly (of course, it won't actually be an update)

Unless I say otherwise yesterday or the day before, love the app
