Good way to lose money

Constantly freezing

For some reason when I search for players and click the plus symbol the app freezes. I have to resort to using the browser version. Please fix.

Horrible customer service support

I have been using this site since 2014 and there is always something wrong. You contact support which takes forever to get to you because they make you jump through hoops just to speak with someone and when you do they are very condescending and tell you some of the dumbest things to do to fix a problem that is only fixable on their side. almost every time I have contacted support it has been horrendous and pretty much never fixes or addresses the problem that was brought up and now I can’t even deposit my hard earned money into their company for reasons I don’t know. I have been getting the same message for the past week when I try to deposit saying a unexpected error has occurred contacted support at least 10 times told them about it and nothing has been done to fix or rectify the situation then they send me an email asking for my feedback on their customer support even though I received zero support. I hate that I still have to use this trash company when they don’t care about their loyal customers at all.

Can’t even play anymore because I can’t deposit funds

Hello Fanduel,

I love playing DFS on this platform, but I’ve run into an issue on you’re platform. First of all I was not able to play for roughly the entire week because the app/website says you are unable to deposit bug. I have tried everything to fix it by clearing my cache, logging out and back in, resetting my devices, and even trying to log in a separate device. Nothing worked. I can deposit on the Sportsbook account but it won’t allow me to deposit for Fanduel fantasy. I tried contacting the support team on the app and website and that was completely useless. One of them was trying to tell me that I’m not in a legalized area , and the other one was trying to tell me that I’m using a VPN. I already have verified my location in 2020 and never used a VPN yet even have the money to even afford a VPN at the moment. The experience I have had to try to resolve this bug on your behalf I can’t fix on my own I have tried everything I can possibly do and nothing worked. Please help asap.

The Best of the Best!

FanDuel by far is the best fantasy app you can get. From the way the apps are set up to the look and the style the it’s just a lot easy to maneuver through the site. I’ve been with them from the beginning, had my ups and downs and I always come back to FanDuel. They listen to your complaints and changes things as needed. They will send you free competitions every now and then, I’ve lost more then I have won but it’s all up to me. There are definitely pros on here. But anything can happen and you have an opportunity to win big money. Over the years they have added other apps that I have downloaded as well and dabble in those too. Just know, that you are going against pros, so do your research, and don’t break your bank. These guys on here will bet thousands to your dollars, but you can beat them and you will. Some of the competitions will be like 300 max entry’s and some will be single entries. There’s a few different types like single game or all of the games, whichever you prefer or feel best doing. The cash outs are legit, real money. and besides DraftKings it’s the only one you probably even want to bet on. But I do prefer FanDuel base on the set up and better competitions. If you are going to bet fantasy sports you want to do it on FanDuel. Good Luck, Break a leg!

Sinking Ship

I’ve won 155k in the last 3 years. Almost all with DraftKings. Fanduel customer service is a joke. They won’t honor promos they send that they’re employees don’t know about. Until I show them. Then I get the runaround. It’s a company that compete with any of the dfs sites I’ve used as far as customer service. Rewards. Loyalty programs. It’s got more sharks. I just wasted 2 days trying to receive the promo I was supposed to get. It’s a frustrating experience. Then compare it to my experience with DraftKings in similar circumstances and it’s like.. why would I get frustrated and treated this way as a customer when i don’t have to. I can name a dozen bad experiences. I wish I didn’t have to write this but figured if it helps someone avoid the difficulty’s I’ve encountered, it’s a good thing.
Update
After getting rudely treated again after seeing fanduel responded to my review and contacting support, after Brian cut me off… I reached out again. Finally after several hours I was told I’d be receiving the $5. Haven’t received it yet, but the issue with not being able to use my loyalty vouchers, I can confirm I can now, which means all the ones I missed out on and even brought to fanduels attention several times before in the past… I just missed out on and it was no fault of my own. Do I want to get treated like a bum and spend hours again like I had to when I was simply trying to get my promo bonus ?? Probably not
