Deceiving

I did not want to purchase. It sent me to a screen only allowing me a free trial or lifetime option. I tried to opt out of both. Then, it put me in the app. I don’t want to pay for this.

On the subscription screen, users can always choose to continue with the free trial or exit the paywall without being charged. A payment is only completed if the user explicitly confirms it through Apple’s purchase confirmation dialog. If you believe a subscription was started unintentionally, you can cancel it at any time through your Apple ID settings, and you may also request a refund directly from Apple Support. Scam

Offered a free upgrade to lifetime. After downloading the app (same day as the offer) it tried to charge $7.99. Sorry this is unacceptable behavior.

Hi Tom, we’re really sorry about this. The lifetime promo was meant to be free on Oct 29, but a scheduling issue with the App Store price change caused it to end early in some time zones. We fixed it as soon as we noticed, but there was a gap of a few hours when the offer wasn’t available. We’ll honor the offer. Please contact us at support@ihux.co.
