Just don’t bother!
Used the app today to book a car. Booking went through and money taken via Apple Pay.
No communication at all, so ten minutes after it was due I called the office - they said there’s no cars available and the best they can do is 30 minutes after my train had left.
The app is a total waste of time, it doesn’t actually know whether you can have the taxi you’ve booked, and there will be no way of knowing that it’s going to arrive late unless you call the office anyway. What’s the point in having an app?

Very poor service doesnt even need to be rated
Don't know why they still got to operate in the country book a ride which I waited but not coming made contact with them why the ride aint there yet but they still looked rude on call😒
Good customer Experience
I travel to Retford station every week, unfortunately my car was in the garage for service and I had to find a cab service that will drop me at Retford 5am in the morning.
Considering Uber doesn’t always work in Worksop. I Started calling all the cab companies and most of them suggested they start at 7.
I got lucky and found 652 and within 10 seconds they accepted my booking on the phone.
Artur picked me up before time and mentioned about the app and I can find a booking any minute as they start as early as 4:30 am in the morning.
Mind you, I haven’t used the app, but this review is for the great Customer Experience I have had.
I am going to give the app a try in the near future and might write my experience.
For now well done 652. Thank you for proving a point.

Don’t download it
I strongly advise against downloading this app because it has proven to be a complete waste of time and a source of immense frustration. Not only does it fail to deliver on its promises, but it also exhibits a severe lack of customer support and communication.

Passengers can now book tack and pay for their taxi using the app in advance along with ride share as a safety feature that allows customers to share with loved ones to make sure they get their on time.
We also have features of drop down tabs for airports, trains, Mansfield , Ashfield, Bolsover & Bassetlaw where customers can find local pubs restaurants and landmarks in their area.

Bad service
Will not use this company for the second time.

I use this app on an iPhone, every time I book a taxi for the afternoon the booking shows pm on the app, but shows up as am at the office. I’m still showing as on board from a previous job too. Think it needs a complete over haul

Completely nothing works the app has many coding faults as well as being designed poorly the money spent on the app was well wasted
Dreadful app
This app is useless, it just doesn’t work! It doesn’t let you make advance bookings because no matter what you do it remains on ‘asap’. It’s pathetic and needs a complete overhaul.
