most taxi drivers are rude arrogant, and take ages to come or stop and drop off at wrong by places not to happy with the taxi service and office doesn’t do anything about it they don’t care about the passenger safety

This isn’t so much about the service of the company, it’s more about the fact the app doesn’t give you the option for Accessibility bookings which I think needs to be reviewed. There is no where that it states on how to book for accessibility either. Considering they’re on the network of taxi companies as per the Nottingham County Council website as being an accessibility taxi provider. The app should be integrated enough to include this.
