Booking disappeared
Used the app for the first time last Monday as my usual firm have been awful. Used the app to book my taxi at 7am, got a ‘don’t worry we have your booking’ but then disappeared. 4 times I tried to book via the app and every time my booking disappeared. I needed to get to work and begrudgingly had to book an Uber that cost me £15 from Meanwood to st James’s. Absolute joke. There are no decent reliable taxi firms in leeds anymore, why?? Uber are taking the pee because of this.

Too slow
Very slow and most of times it’s just loading and loading, I’ve been charged for cancelled journeys and over charged for 1st journey which is last one with speep line
Cannot recommend
The taxi’s are unreliable and very rarely keep to their estimated arrival time. The tracking feature is pretty much useless as you are often assigned to a vehicle that never moves and when you call to find out what’s happening you are told they are still trying to find you a driver.
Best ever app I’ve used
Very good service and the app is brilliant makes you check real time by tracking the driver yourself through out the app, also you could do card payments👍🏻👍🏻 will always use.
Forget Password?
If you forget your password you are not able to reset it because never comes email. Checking spam and inbox and never comes.
The new app looks nice but still, have the same problem ⚠️.
Then you can't do a new account because it's saying. ”this email address is already registered” and you can't even change your phone number!!!!!
