Absolutely terrible
They don't have enough drivers in Cambridge so totally unreliable for booking taxis in advance.
Bad app and service
Makes no sense to prebook a taxi only to have it arrive 10 minutes late because of Cambridge traffic being... Cambridge traffic. The app was throwing out nonsense driver arrival times that didn't correlate to driver location and couldn't accurately follow the car. I pre booked because I thought it would be more efficient than either Uber or just getting one at the station, and I was wrong.

App is poorly thought out. Changed my email address and now have no way of accessing the app. So will use another firm instead.
