Avoid!

I got booted off the tram by a very rude conductor because this app failed and wouldn’t show my ticket - even after shutting it down and reopening it.

False service statuses

There are actually no delays. It said it was delayed to 8:18 but instead it arrived at 8:10 like usual. Fix your corny app

Concession

Could be more useful. Why does the app not sell concession day tickets or even advise that they are available from ticket machines? Also would be useful to store tickets in the iPhone wallet.
