The privacy act page won’t go away. It just keeps looping over and over. Can’t not access the application
Unusable
Since a recent update I am now unable to use the app. I can log in, but can’t seem to get past the privacy notice. Every time I select OK, it closes the notice and then immediately opens it back up. Have tried it on 2 different phones and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Not practical
I downloaded this thinking I’d be able to use it in place of using concur through connect hr. I was wrong. I can book travel for myself only but as a crew boss where I need access to other folks travel. This is not an option on here.
Only Government Could Have Picked Something So Bad
Concur has got to be the the worst travel booking company I ever used. Unfortunately the US Government leaves us no other option. We have all seen this before, it’s either lowest bidder or someone somewhere got a kickback. It’s almost pointless in writing so I’m not going to bother going into detail but I will let you know that when Concur makes one of their many mistakes after hours or on a weekend the charge an extra service fee to help get it sorted out and guess who ends up paying? Yep the US taxpayers. A terrible company.

Keeps Getting Stuck on Introduction Screen
App opens. It keeps getting stuck on a mostly blank screen that says “SAP Concur”. I have to keep closing and opening the app. Because I use Touch ID, as soon as I open the app, I have to to the Apple Home Button just so it can capture my fingerprint and hope.

Unable to log in on app
We are forced to log in to Concur once a month to maintain an active account. If we don’t do this, we get nasty emails from our agency, and it’s a pain to reinstate our account. We are told to just log in through the app to meet the monthly login requirement. However, on iPhones, the app often just goes to a sort of intro screen and stays there, so we are unable to actually log in. Restarting the iPhone remedies this issue, but it would be great if Concur could fix it on their end.

App delays
Currently this app is experiencing major delays on Apple’s new operating system. Consistently have to close app in order for it to work. Please push an available update soon to remedy current issue please.
Another terrible government computer system.
The US Government really can pick’em. SAP/CONCUR is a complete disaster. What company in the private sector shuts down a portion of it’s financial system like this for weeks (sometimes over a month) at a time? SAP/CONCUR does. Every time they “upgrade” anything the problems just don’t stop. If this wasn’t a government contract, these folks would be headed for the unemployment office. The app for the iPhone and iPad is worthless. It doesn’t work and constantly crashes. You have to constantly delete and re-download the app just to be able to get in it. Then, it just shuts down and doesn’t work. If you are a business looking into possibly using the app/ company: flee now. I only gave it one star because zero was not an option.
