Worthless, Uber is more reliable
Booked a pickup from NEC Premier Inn to the train station, after 15 minutes the taxi was assigned, tracked him for 10 minutes then the driver decided to reject it, waited another 20 minutes for a driver to be assigned and nothing. What’s the point or assigning and then letting your drivers reject it half way to the pick up.
Went for Uber and guess what, driver was at the front door within 2 minutes and cost less than half the estimated price. There’s a reason taxi firms are losing out to Uber, it’s not because they are cheaper, it’s because they provide better customer satisfaction and attention.
Sort your drivers out and make them stick to their assigned pick ups.

Reliable!
Pre-booked T.O.A. to get to the station for an early departure to get to the airport as I thought it would be more reliable than some of the other taxi companies that often cancel at the 11th hour… I made the right choice!
I got an app notification when it was on its way, it arrived early & waited patiently, got me there in great time & was cheaper than the other options I had. You can use Apple Pay too which is always helpful.

Badly let down
This firm took a booking via this app to get my disabled father to my brother’s wedding. They confirmed the booking by telephone the day before. When the car didn’t arrive, they explained that their service didn’t cover my father’s area. I have never known a business be so careless and indifferent of causing such sadness.

Where’s Soilhull?
Awful app to use. Spelling mistakes. Gives you a price range then immediately charges you the maximum. Hateful.
Too many problems
I’ve never had an issue with minicab apps, so thought I’d try a taxi app.
There appears to be no way to get a price or estimate without booking. In fact, on one occasion, app told me to ring the TOA office as no price could be confirmed.
It wouldn’t let me select cash on one occasion.
Too many glitches. Others I asked to try said the same.

Blacklisted
I have no idea why my mobile phone number has been blacklisted. I have never used the app before😏
App failed, and charged twice
Tried to book a trip but as far as I could tell it hadn’t worked. So tried again. Cab came, driver had name etc, got in. Then got phone call en route from a second driver booked for same job. I explained the app issue. Then head office rang. Explained again. Got charged twice (2 different amounts).

It would be easier to wait outside and hail than use this god awful app
No google lookup for address. No wander Uber is taking market share. The quality of this app reflects the quality of the vehicles TOA use, old, tires and quite frankly not fit for purpose.
Worst taxi app I have used
I use a lot of taxi apps with faves in cities across UK. This one is too basic and does little to enhance customer experience. I did not like having to register before I could see how the app worked. So having done so I used it. Booking was easy but did not produce a taxi at the right time. I happened to see a cab and got him to pick up my booking number.
The receipt came through with no fee shown. Two emails have failed to receive a reply.
Won’t be using again. In fact will probably not use the company again.
