Mobiworks is great for keeping in touch with management about what’s going on at the pool, but it also helps find the information you need if you are going to work at a new pool. I like mobi works. Everything is in one app and easy to find. It takes you through every thing that you need to do each day from opening to closing. The green dot let’s you know when things are done. The only thing that I don’t like is that my facility has three pools which can make it kindof complicated for the opening and closing part, but other than that I think it is a great app.Show lessWFHPP

Mobiworks has been an extremely useful app in the work place. It provides an organized way of keeping and storing important data as well as forms and information about our assigned pools. This is my second year using it and it provides a very easy way of communicating with the higher chain of command or other managers for when something is out of stock, or something at the pool is not right. The workflow of this app makes working for a pool company a breeze, especially when working at or servicing multiple pools in a single day. As a service tech, it allows me to compartmentalize a checklist specific to each pool without the hassle present in previous schemes I’ve used. It’s universally accessible and reliable. Even if there was a miscommunication on the staff side and I didn’t get assigned a work order to clean a pool, I can search for work orders within the system nearby my phones location and pick up the work order immediately without having to play phone tag. I have been working with AquaTech Pool Management for 3 years, and each year MobiWorks is so simple to use! It takes a basic training for people that aren’t familiar, and everything in the app is step by step. I would recommend this app to any other company that might be interested, because it is so user friendly! I have never had an issue with the app in my three years as an employee, and I am so thankful that AquaTech is using this very useful app to log chemicals and other things. Mobi makes filling out forms easy and convenient. With all forms for work being on one app and easy to find, it is never difficult to fill out and incident report and put in a work order. It’s a great app. I love that my company is able to have all the forms we need in an organized way. It’s very easy to navigate but if you plan to upload files/pictures on those forms sometimes it can take a while to upload. The app can move a little slow even when connected to wifi but it’s not bad…just something to improve on!Show lesshonestlyreviewing2
