Great Tool and Great Service
I am in the pool industry and have several crews running routes every day. Mobi works helped stream line my routes and inventory and allowed me to get a way from writing and keeping up with over one hundred of paper tickets a week. I’ve used this app for over three months now. I’m pretty happy. There are a lot of things the app can do to simplify my everyday business tasks. Configurable reports, bulk imports, integrations with quick books, etc. Lots of good stuff for a very affordable price.GonchiTennis

A real Lifesaver!
Amazing app! So many customizable features and options; I especially love the recent updates. The app is especially helpful for our field technicians- they no longer need to call our office during appointments and can instead go right to work and invoice directly.

I work for a maintenance company and we chose Mobiwork for our software out of many many others for the capabilities this software has. For as complex as it can be, it is very user friendly and very customizable. What you can’t figure out yourself, there is a great team behind you to help out with any questions you may have or to further customize Mobiwork to truly fit your needs.
We use this for all parts of our company. It is our CRM, billing, contract and quote producer, inventory, technician tracker, and much more.
Mobiwork also has a great customer portal where our customers can view upcoming service work, invoices, and request work to be done.

Worst app
How this app has more than a single star rating is beyond me. It’s inefficient, it’s usability at times is the worst of any app I have, and it’s redundant. It’s as if someone that has never created an app or cared at all about efficiency made this disaster. It gets worse with every update. I would’ve deleted it long ago, but it’s how one of my contractors demands I submit deliverables. Something better change soon or that contractor will be looking for a new guy. I work in the pool industry, most of my job is on the road getting to different properties in areas I do not normally visit. MobiWork makes things extremely simple, in that they take me to the exact location of every pool no problem. Supvisor Pool Management
I work in the pool industry and use MobiWork year round. I have both inside and outside pools and the app increases job efficiency and record keeping.
My ‘techs’ use the mobi app to record their daily chemical ‘hand checks’, automated mechanical feeding and controller device readings, any chemical added to the pool, filter / pool pressure gauge readings, and any issues that pool may have is reported, through mobi, directly to my email so I can eliminate those issues asap.
The mobi app also can be used to allow a daily ‘schedule of duties’ to be performed which allows the tech to check off the duties they are required to do on a daily basis insuring the pool and its surroundings are up to Swimsafe standards.
The MobiWork app also has a geo tracker allowing me to ‘track’ my techs ONLY (in our case) to make sure the tech has been to their assigned pools as required. This geo tracker has other benefits which other companies may choose to use.
Overall MobiWork is, in my opinion, a tool that I rely on to make my job more efficient, more dynamic, and real time which, at the end of the day, creates a safe and customer happy environment.Show lessSwimTroy
