Terrible and doesn’t work
The sounds are also very difficult to understand due to the strong American accent.
Please help me unsubscribe before I am charged. I only downloaded it and set it up an hour ago and it has been nothing but trouble.

Finally something that keeps his attention
And get this! His 3 year old sister is also using the app and loving it. I am so happy to have this tool to use as an aid in their education!
Was asking me to creat account every time!
When it was going through successfully the orientation of the screen was not right and I was not able to change it to landscape no matter how many times I tried different approach!
Maybe it hasn’t been designed for iPhone 10

Extremely frustrating
Also, the app does not track progress between different devices. So if my daughter primarily works on her iPad and then maybe wants to use my phone, her progress will not display. To be fair, this is something they know and have admitted in there FAQ.
All in all, there are many apps out there, find the one that will make the wonderful world of reading fun and not frustrating. One more thing, don’t bother contacting customer service, you will get no where fast.
