  • The worst customer service

    Owelcam started in 2018 they never used this application as customer service why now I don’t know after the incident I had with the distortion on my phone with one other my video recording @news6wkmg needs to look into this since no one is, I’ve seen the reviews it’s so sad is one of the worst days a lot about a customer I keep trying because I know they can have better employees we just have to point the bad ones.

    If we all get together we can fix these so call technical support they’re the ones creating the problem I already know there games God showed me why there selective in devices those who they get well with have the best those that doesn’t they don’t care well I do and I will keep praying that every application works as it should be enough of your data breach game you all developers have behind desk.

  • Great App but needs to remain login

    Logs me out if I don’t go in after 24 hours. Can’t add time easily to a ticket. But overall good to keep up with tickets when I can’t get to my laptop.
  • Better than our last system

    App works great, but I wish it didn’t automatically log you out requiring you to input your credentials again
