I’m trying to book a app is not legit
I was trying to plan my routes for my trip from my Airbnb and the different destinations I wanted to go to and suddenly last night the app says too many attempts. I tried to schedule a ride to get to the grocery store so I can buy some water and they said the route is too short so if you’re not spending a lot of money or they want you to spend over $40-$50 just to go to one place I just needed to buy some water and some necessities and a app rigged.

Tried it repeatedly in aniline Denmark and it did not work once, would just say “ finding a driver for you “ and never did even after 10 minutes.

it used to let me pre book my trips to work a few hours or a day in advance. now when i try it says it has to be a full days notice. now it won’t even let me do that. i just tried booking a trip for tomorrow at 1:15 and it was 1:05 and it told me
“too short of notice either book ASAP or a day in advanced.” well, i tried that! now so i’m not late to work, i have to book my trip almost two hours in advance! why did y’all change the booking feature!

Horrible
I left something in my driver car. I had called and messaged customer service the same day and also for the following several days.
Not even a a call back. This is unacceptable and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Very unprofessional and will file complaints wherever need be.

takes forever
if you an appointment or have to go to work highly suggest booking a taxi AT LEAST an hour early, bc they take forever literally

I pre-booked a cab through this app as the company suggested online to get to an early morning flight.
All seemed well, can was booked to arrive at 6:15.
At 6:15 there was no cab and then the app showed that they were searching for a driver. After a minute of searching my ride got cancelled! I will not use this app again!

Worst service ever !!!!
Worst taxi app and service ever seen. They accept the ride and keep you hanging until you loss your patience. Wouldn’t even give a star to this service.
Super late and overcharged
Not only was my driver 40 minutes late. Overcharged me 4 extra dollars when the estimate was 13 and the actual time on the clock said 14$. Just because I had a friend worth me. Just get an Uber or Lyft. It will charge 12 flat. With no extra fees or time clock. I just chose this because I only had cash never again.

No screen reader support?
Consider redesigning the interface, but with accessibility in mind. Seems like blind users like me having to use accessibility features is actually hindering my ability to use the app rather than helping me with it. Buttons do not speak right even with advanced features recently added for poorly designed apps, As screen readers are always trying to improve.

Poor support
I had a very bad situation today I was quoted 11 dollars for my cab fair the driver proceeded to charge my card 14 without hesitation before I could speak up my phone vibrated I get notifications every time my card is used and it was confirmed along the ride the driver picked up another individual that stated he was paying with card and the driver told the passenger it wasn’t working that would have to stop at the store I don’t know why I was charged 3 extra dollars I tip when I can I don’t know if it went to a tip or if it went too a stop I didn’t get I’m very upset a driver can lie and manipulate people help who they want and take advantage of other people I haven’t I’m upset because there is no support customer can tell superior about the misbehaving or problems now I’m obligated to find a new taxi service I’ve reached out calling on my lunch that’s now over and it’s saying due to the hi call volume please try again later I’m very upset
