App crashing on Playback

The app while basic used to function ok. Now something has changed so that play back of recordings now crash the app consistently on iPhone and iPad.

Not good

No clock on screen, terrible time delay and when you enter the app or change screen old video footage is shown

You are enable to enable OSD clock via camera. We have improved video delay issue for P2P connection and switching video. Let us know via lilin.zendesk.com.

Playback crashes

Buy Luma

Trust me as I have both. Lilin needs to get up to speed. Nighttime vision gets terrible as cameras age. This App is simply useless when you really need it. It is jumpy and sketchy. I need to see video at 11:30pm. When I use the playback feature it gets close then skips about hour ahead on one instance then when I try again it gets about 15 min away then skips from October 10 to August 4th. Guys I invested in your cameras and your NVR. I wasted money. I bought Luma equip on the next job and the cameras outperform yours and the Luma App just flat out destroys this piece of junk. Bad bad bad.

Need updating for iOS 10

Will not show any cameras on ios10 when iOS 9 it would, had both side by side with same settings, no vid on 10 and all ok on iOS 9

One of the Worst CCTV apps I have ever used.

I'm an installer. I work with many different brands. This being of the most expensive I am in Aw about how terrible this app is. And it seems that if there is a network problem the pictures FREEZE! Are you crazy? How is one to know when there is a problem? Very disappointing and hard to work with. Learn from Vivotek. Your branding is amazing, your prices and this app--not.

Update is very buggy

Latest update is horrible. App closes after opening twice. Video acts like its viewing in 3G even under wifi. Freezes iPhone 6s if phone sleeps when app is open. Video viewing was made smaller with new viewing module. Please fix ASAP...

Reverted to previous version

I originally thought that the previous version (1.0.26) was pretty poor until I discovered that it was the only IP viewer software I could find that could render the 720x480 video from my camera with the correct aspect ratio (but only in landscape mode). Yes you’ve guessed, the new version (1.0.28) only does it in portrait mode.
