Been doggedly staying with this app. Cranking out 30+ pull ups a day and only half way through intermediate level. Thankful for the systematic approach and that it takes all the calculations for me including rest so I can focus on the awesome pain.

Only a few days in; but I like it! Would be nice to change the number of reps done (if you do more or less than the prescribed amount) so you can look back on your progress.
Great app
Really good app if you already can do about 5 pull-ups. If you're just starting out, it still will work but you will have to get some assistance to start. Give it a shot, pull-ups are one of the best full upper body workouts.
