Good app even better coffee
Love when places have apps to get rewards. Keeps the wallet free of useless cards. Been using this app for over 10 years now. Haven’t had an issue with it and I like how I can order from the app. Wish it didn’t have to go through door dash even for pick ups but no issue on my end. Keep doin what you do with coffee!

Outstanding Service
I’m not super impressed with the app, but it is slowly getting better. I mostly am concerned that my points aren’t tracking appropriately. I know I’ve gotten more points than what shows on the app.
I did however want to give a huge stellar compliment to the staff at the usual stand I go to! There are three wonderful women there that always go above and beyond to make my visit feel a little special and it brightens even a cloudy day.

Great Update!
They released there new app today and what an update! Looks great! Can’t wait to see what else is coming!
These updates are legendary!
This is a brand new experience. My BigFoot Java experience is going to kick it up a notch with easy door dash access, access to my loyalty information, and getting GPS updates on when a BFJ is close by. Love this!
Doesn’t work
I love big foot java but the app or even a regular browser won’t let me even create an account. I have a card but needed to create an account to cash in the many points I have for rewards. When I create an account and chose option for “I already have a card” and enter my card number and login, it goes back to the “I have a card” or “I need a card” menu. I will probably have to get a new card and I’m not sure if my rewards can be transferred. I’m sure it’s an easy fix that will generate a lot of revenue for big foot! Please fix!

Pay Attention!!!
BUGFOOT!!!! You’re a business trying to make money right? A huge portion of your customers want to use their Bigfoot card to store cash in the wallet, but your app doesn’t work! What happens? They go elsewhere. You know it’s an issue but you don’t fix it. I wonder how much sales would go up if the app worked correctly..?

Why does this happen? I’ll let you load money on there. The reload does not work. It just keeps turning and turning and turning and turning and turning and it never loads never loads. I’ve deleted the app re-added it. I’ve done everything that I could possibly do it does not work fix your app and why do you not allow Uber Eats to do pick ups? Ridiculous.

Bigfoot Java is my favorite place to get coffee but the app has issues and needs to be fixed. You cannot reload any $ on the app.

I can’t even input the card they gave me. The app needs to be updated with proper instructions to actually help the customers.

Waiting for the app to catch up to the iOS 11. I LOVE BIGFOOT more then Starbucks and would travel to the few locations just to get it instead. But I want to be able to use the app like I use the Starbucks app! In the new update can you please have it to where we could scan our card instead of just checking in? And maybe more features please?? Also! Can we get the menu on the next update? It’s really lame how little we can do with the app.
