Facial log in
The app never allows for facial log in. Constantly have to uninstall and in stall and having to enter credentialsMonster in da 808
Partial rubbish
App worked fine for like 2 years and then out of no where it hits me with “we don’t have your info anymore” and I can’t log in, a couple phone calls later and I learn all my info for the app was LOST. Sick one guys. I know it’s hard for small banks to have good apps but losing all of my info and not letting me log in? tight. Also app goes down all the time at night even on weekends so if you’re out at night just came outta the club at like 2am wanna check your balance? Hah negs brah.Show lessThe dude808

So disappointing!
It worked fine for a couple of days the started asking me to confirm my identity. After providing security question answer it says system error please try again. I tried two more times with no success. Tried to access it online through my browser and as soon I put in my account number, a message pops up and says I've been locked out of my account.
