Good content, embarrassingly awful app

The content on Groove3 is pretty good, but OMG … this app is a disgrace! Barely works on an iPad, all sorts of freezes, redraw problems, doesn’t go past the first lesson etc etc. I’d consider it unusable on almost any modern iPad. A real shame considering the content is pretty decent … a squandered opportunity!

app broken

cannot open the books i purchased, completely useless

Waste of time

Abandoned or something like that. My device will not play through the site so thought this was second option. Wrong. No new videos are being added and it’s rough app to put it lightly

Love the content and website but the app

Love the content, and would recommend this to fellow musicians, but the app needs an update to be similar to the website. Other then that thank you groove.

Updates?

I’m on an iPad Pro, and find the interface rather clunky. 3 years since last update? I’ll try it on my desk top.

Alright

I really like the desktop version of Groove3 and content is amazing but the display and navigation aren’t the same and have some minor bugs

Passowrd

Groove3 is wonderful. Using iPadOS and an iPad Pro, though, the app is dreadful. Authentication does not integrate with keychain or other password managers (and Password is misspelled, haha), favorites are not synchronized, and it’s definitely not formatted for newer screen sizes. If you have a 32-bit iPad (4th generation and earlier) this is probably the way to go, but if you’re on a newer device, Safari does a fine job of accessing the site and playing videos.

Good content but app not very good

Love their content and app is functional

Great content, awful app

Terrible app but great content. Just like the Apple TV app, it’s truly awful with bad browsing, no download for offline viewing, clunky, no auto play. Just looks at ask video or Lynda to see how it should be done. Shame as their content is great
