Disappointing User Experience and Performance Issues
The Schoop iOS app is incredibly frustrating to use. Navigation is clunky and far from intuitive, making it difficult to find basic features. The interface is outdated and poorly optimized for modern devices, often appearing distorted on newer screens. Performance is another major issue—the app lags frequently, and actions take far too long to execute. This school app appears the same as others. But it’s great you can choose which year groups your children are in, so you don’t receive other information that’s not needed. Overall great app.Hgvjfsxsdvgxc
Notifications are not received
I’ve been using this app for many years, during that time there have been occasions where notifications haven’t prompted on my phone even though the settings are all correct. I’ve been told in the past to reinstall the app when this happens. This did fix the issue however it was temporary. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had to do this and now even when reinstalling the app, notifications just don’t come through.
There have been several times where I’ve missed events at school as a result.

Not working
For some reason this app stopped sending me notifications (even though they are turned on) and once on the app won’t let me open any of the links. It just closes the app as soon as I click on one.

Good app but notifications can fail on it
Used this for about 5 years now, at least once a year you have to delete and reinstall because notifications fail. This is a vital bit of this app…please fix 🙏

Notifications
I enjoy the app and the ease of access for information from the school as I am unable to carry out the school run.
On regular occasions the app will stop showing notifications on my Home Screen. The only advice to rectify is to delete and reinstall the app! Until I realise that I haven’t received a notification for a few days I can sometimes miss notificationsShow lessEv&Mags
