I found this App very useful as all the information and messages from your children’s schools comes straight to you, without getting lost.
Not my type
It’s really not that useful I always get messages from all day and I HATE IT. If you like it I don’t it’s not good after they do there school packs they have a nap but they can’t BECUSE OF THE LIGHT. STOP THIS it’s not fair we can’t sleep just make them calm thanks
Notifications not working so missing important information!
The information content is great but despite all settings set to receive notifications I’m not getting any and therefore I’m missing important information from the school! This is an integral part of the app purpose so ruins the whole use of it for me!
Notifications
The app generally works well but every few months the notifications will stop appearing and I have to uninstall and reinstall. This bug needs to be fixed but otherwise very good.

My child’s school used a text message service before but SCHOOP does the same job as far as parents are concerned, but the school can choose which year group to send to which is great for them. Occasionally alerts stop coming through and I’ve heard a few parents have had to reinstall the app when this happens. I’m on the PTA and have access to it for our alerts which saves us a lot of time and paper. Brilliant!

Using on phones
Disappointing that teachers can send photos from phones so that parents can see photos as they are taken.
