Needs update to work with iOS 18
When used since I updated to ios18 is says iOS not supported, please update to be compatible

Can’t take surveys from my iPhone anymore as I’m getting a “Not a valid iOs version” message.
Don’t waste your time like me
Worst ever!! Very slow app - always have to re-type my survey answers cause page will not progress & deletes everything I type. But … worst of all when you final get to the end of the survey to commit it for payment it just spins endlessly never up loading

I did a survey for 30 min, completed it, sent the results and didn’t give me points.

Error kept showing at end when submitting the survery when completed but I kept clicking submit numerous times until it hit 100 percent and it work. Slight bug at the end but it worked for me.
Don’t waste your time
The app is poorly done. It doesn’t provide instructions and it gives a blank screen every time when I do a study, and I won’t even know if it completed or whatsoever … are companies really paying this app for user studies? How do they even get the results when the app is so poorly built?
UserZoom won’t open from surveys
Why hasn’t this issue been fixed? There have been so many complaints over the years about this issue and it still persists!
