App working good after reinstalling
App was constantly crashing but finally worked after deleting and reinstalling.

The older version of kotak app worked absolutely fine and the newer version that got released a few days back crashes all the time when opened!!
So I haven’t been using the app from past few days and was hoping that it would be fixed, but there was ain’t any update on it.

Latest version crashes every time I open app
The current version crashes every time I open the app. Please have a look. I have been waiting for an upgrade from the time last version was launched to fix this.

Unnecessary UI / UX upgrade
New UI is pulling down the app and it crashes even before opening. It is not at all launching now. App was very stable before.. what is wrong with you guys?? Carelessness like this is a gross mistake for banking app. Realise the fact that you are a BANK. An app for a BANK cannot be silly like this.

I want to open 811 account from the app , I can able to open start from page , when I click on open 811 account button , redirects to error page saying facility is temporarily down and when I try to close the page , the page keep on loading .... please fix this ....

Best bank app
This so far has turned out to be the fastest and most user friendly of all the bank apps I use. Hope they keep it so ....
Latest update (Sept/Oct 2018) broke transfers
The re-designed app is not allowing me to transfer money. I have been using the app for 3-4 years to transfer money every month consistently. But the latest version broke the functionality. I’m trying NEFT and IMPS, neither work.
Also, the re-designed app doesn’t work well on the iPhone XS. The corners are all screwed up and it’s difficult to hit the controls/buttons on the top right/left edges.
