Can not scroll

Looks like there is a bug for ios18. I downloaded the app but can not scroll down to existing customer tab. Tried on ios17 on the other household device and it works fine.

Cannot rename account

I have multiple accounts and it’s so difficult to know which is which. There is no option to rename or add a nickname.

There is also no way to simply see a list of all accounts with balances. You have to scroll horizontally through all accounts.

While I think this app is ok, it needs a lot of polishing up.

Login option for existing customers not shown

When you open or lunch this ap for the first time
We hope to see both option for new customers and option to login for existing Kotak bank customers. Buy this app screen is not shown in full hence can’t see the login link for existing customers. Also this app works only in portrait mode and not in landscape which I was hoping to get a link to login as I was existing customer.

Too much information but too poor app

This app has plethora of things to do but the app design is extremly poor. UX Designer did a good job but development team couldn’t build the UI. This app doesn’t save the state so any switch from this app to any other app or homescreen will male you lose the state were you were in the app and everything has to be restarted from scratch. Who develops such interfaces where you can’t preserve the state of the customer and everytime this app is switched, the state is gone. Biggest issue is when talking to the bot. First of all the bot has no machine learning and can’t reply to most of the questions. Then finally you get connected to customer service but even accidently switching the app will make you lose the iframe of customer care chat and all your wait and struggle is gone for a toss, restart again to connect to th agent. Every company on the globe are trying to minimize human interaction but kotak is the only company which is still living in stone age and believes that a customer can only be served after he calls the customer care and there is no thing called self serve.

Error pop up on start

After logging in, keep getting a pop up “ we are not able to process your request due to technical issue. Please try after sometime.”
After tapping OK I can contour using the app but there’s an empty area after the quick access section which shows that it’s loading but actually isn’t. Very annoying.

Unlike other cards Kotak has unique ways of getting out of trouble like resetting pins and give valuable suggestions to operate when you are struggling.

App os broken

After updating 5.4.0 is broken in IOS
