Best user friendly banking mobile app. Intuitive and easy to use day to banking features. You can do almost everything with this app. I hardly login to browser version of services.

Very user friendly and at the same time loaded with features . Kotak keep on updating its app which is necessary and same time app is very easy to use . Also security features are also very nice . Touch + Mpin .
Need update crashes and invalidates a session
After the current update right after logging in the session becomes invalid. Tried several times. Then had to delete and reinstall the app.

Touch ID doesn’t work anymore for login
Your recent update has crashed the touch id login feature. Everytime I try and login using touch id it errors out saying invalid session. When I login using my pin it seems to work fine.
Not bad. A long way to go
It's a combination of good and bad features. UI is one area of improvement that must be looked into as it is not easy to use. Can make much simpler options available and a handy help guide.
Add TouchID authentication!!! It's a must have for banking applications.
