“All” time high!

I love banking with Allsouth Federal Credit Union!!! They are so considerate of persons who have had “banking errors” in the past! I love the fact that they give second chance checking for those who had problems maintaining their finances in the past as like I myself, all it took was paying off my debt and starting a new bank account, kudos to Allsouth for a second time around and a lesson well taught for those who they relieve of the stress of having to find a bank that will accept the fact that people aren’t perfect and will and are going to complications with managing money until they fall into the right hands as I did with you all! 5 stars and a hands off to you all!!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart; my banking problems are over and it’s a blessing to begin again with the right people!

A step back

I have always appreciated the online banking service of AllSouth Federal credit Union. In fact, I became a member of the credit union because of your online program. But it has taken a step backwards after two or three permutations that have been positive; a couple things make it harder.

The banners in the check payment area used to have a contrast between the blue banner and the title of the grouping of expenses. Now it's dark blue with black letters. Yet almost all the other banners in the program are dark blue with white letters. Definite step backwards.

Additionally, when you were in a group and making a payment, the box to submit, the payment was at the bottom of the institution that you were trying to pay. Now you must scroll down to the very bottom of all the groupings and institutions to find the submit payment button. I hope you can fix those things soon.

Best banking app ever.

I’ve been with ASFCU Fort Jackson since 2008. I’ve moved and traveled all over the world. I now live in Tennessee and unfortunately ASFCU doesn’t have a branch here. That’s where my ASFCU App comes in. No matter where I’ve been or where I am, my ASFCU App allows me to do pretty much anything I would do in person. No line no wait no fuss, my ASFCU App is definitely a must-have. Quick with face recognition I.D and easy to navigate it’s always super secure and ready to go. I am definitely a Fan of ASFCU’s Banking App.

Always super easy to use, never had a problem with customer service or using the mobile banking system. If I ever had a need such as change of address (as I tend to relocate for work) or if I simply lost my card, I wasn’t left on hold for hours to process. Thank you for all the ease.

There’s always room for improvement

I must say I like All South Federal credit Union I wish there were sister branches and other states if that can happen then it will be five stars for me and I’m sad that they took away turning my card on and off. It made me feel like I had more control over my account without happening to call. to stop payment on certain bills. I must say when they came to wire transfers I had no problems with transferring or doing wire transfer to different accounts and people. customer service is always professional and kind.

No Complaints!

I haven’t had any issues with the app to date and I’ve been using it for about 4 years. Recently mobile deposits became possible so I’ve begun to use it more often for my other banking needs. Occasionally it may run slow but that’s not the norm.

AllSouth FCU On-Line Banking Works

I’ve been in a lot of banks and credit unions, and though not perfect and as with any credit union, not national, much less worldwide like major banks BOA or WF; it certainly is amongst the best and easiest to deal with in spite of some nagging fees that weren’t there at the beginning but like most businesses from airlines to hotels to banking have gone to; otherwise very happy and great folks, security is awesome and great CS. Card lock

It would have been better if it was still offered. Went to gas station and card got stuck in the reader at the pump. It took about 10 minutes before it was released. I started to just leave before trying to retrieve it. I’m glad that I stayed to try to retrieve it because someone else would have gotten it and all my money in which I had just got paid. It was after hours on a weekend so no way I would of been able to cancel it.
