Needs a lot of improvement

App freezes a lot on iOS and sometimes the back button is gone so you’re stuck in certain page and can’t do anything else except to close the app and start all over again

Please add scan funcionality while multitask

Please add functionality to be able to scan using iPad SLITVIEW or Multitasking. Basically be able to scan vin number while the NapaProLink app is running on Ipad side by side another app. Thanks

The original worked fine if you IT people to quit screwing with stuff you might have a better rating than 3.1.

Went from our go to app for day to day operations to never wanting to deal with Napa again.

Bring back the notes section back

We used the app so much before and actually went to O’Riley’s due to we can’t keep up with the owners of the vehicles scanned because we cannot write the notes section anymore… it’s costing Napa due to changes.

New update vin scan

There is no place to put a note when you use the VIN scan. This is very important for our business. I found a place that you can add it afterwards but is is more convenient and important to add when you scan the vehicle. And the app is not user friendly. Neither is the website.

New update needs more work

This new update is great when it comes to scanning VINs but when it comes time to make a note of something there’s no where to implement. Very confusing layout as well.
