Too many free features are locked behind premium
This app without premium mode isn’t useful. So unless you are prepared to pay don’t install and let’s be real we all know a “free trial” is a way to trick you into paying after you forget to cancel it at the end of the trial.Nick#19
Have to pay to use navigation
The app was pretty good until they just recently made it so you have to subscribe to get navigation. It might just be me but you would think the basic features of the app would include navigation like it did before. The navigation isn’t that good anyways so I especially wouldn’t pay for it.3710471645058164

However, as people have stated before, sometimes it will not record a portion of my ride. It has deleted/not recorded a couple of my rides when I was not in range I guess for Internet maybe that is on me.
And can there be an option to put the start recording ride button as it was before as a circle on the bottom left? It’s a bit easier for me to find. Thank you.Show lessgu u cv jhgfs

Unable to deal with deviations from navigation route. If i take a turn too early or too late before getting back on the route, the app tries to get me to turn around and take the exact route it had planned. It is unable to adjust to any slight changes.ahsthorn
Great App - Still some bugs 🐜
The app is still showing my rides under “My Activity” 3 days ahead. (Sunday shows Wednesday; Monday shows Thursday and Tuesday shows Friday) The map sometimes freezes up where it does not keep up with my location and does not record my speed. Rebooting the app seems to clear it. Also still waiting for a pause recording during rides when I stop and do not want to include it in overall ride time.

Zero Stars
This app is crap. I’ve used it twice with my kids in hopes of a good safe trail. The first time it took us to some random place on the side of a street. Literally zero paths anywhere. The second time the parking for the trailhead was on a private county club where we couldn’t access and street parking was NOT an option. So we parked way further down and it literally took us to a dead end instead of a park like we had thought. Had we detoured to the road, which was literally the only other option besides turning around (which is what we did) it would have been along a dangerous road. Ruined our bike ride. Maybe some bike paths in your area are not mapped correctly in OpenStreetMap, our data source. No idea why this averages close to five stars. Had to bail on my first century because it wanted me to get on the PCH (40 MPH+) with no bike lane or shoulder or anything. Unfortunately at that point there was no alternate route. Swiped over to Google maps and it doesn’t even show the Bikemap route as bike friendly. It suggests a totally different route and I’m switching back to g maps.Show less-;:-)/$:&:@@
Latest update is no good
I have the premium but I can’t login anymore, it is just a circle wheel of death for hours. I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall for fear of losing all my routes and data. Not sure if this is happening with all accounts or just the paid ones. I usually really appreciate this app but the latest update is Stink City.Show lessdochotdog
Won’t load
App is not loading at the start when it asks me to log into Facebook, an email m, etc. I’ll log in and then get perpetual loading symbol. Not the first time this happened. I used this before and it was fine for calculating ETA. But now that I’ve moved to a new neighborhood and need to calculate a new route and can’t even open the app, it’s a major disappointment and will be ridding of this app completely.Show lessPerson6036501
