unable to log in
horrible experience. Will not allow log in and there is no way to get help with this. My login works on the web version just fine.
Error
I need this app for work. We have reset my password. But it keeps telling me to check with my administrator. I can login on the website but not this application
Font size
The font size doesnโt change in spite of changing it in setting of the iPad. Having option to change font size will help to read things clearly on different screen sizes.
Canโt login
This app used to be really great. You could chart on the go if your facility computers were all taken by the LPNs or RNs and now you canโt login at all. It was quick chatting and very organized. Now it tells me to contact my administrator. Please fix it!! It saved me so much time!
Notifications options
I use this app everyday for work but why canโt this app get notification updates? My job does daily updates on communications and I never know about them until later in the day when I have to keep logging in. Please have the option to get notifications from this app. It will really help!!!
Only 4 CNAs
I was very excited about this app until I discovered that it would only let me chart as a nursesโ aide. I tried to change my position to licensed nurse and even tried ALL positions without success. There is no way to access the eMAR or TAR and no way to write progress notes. Helpful for nursing assistants. Useless for nurses.

Canโt sign into the app
Canโt sign in. I could sign in last week but not this week but I can still sign in on the Internet version.
Will not let me log on the app
I am able to login on the website with no problem but on the app it says I need to reset my password. I did get my password rest but the only place I have an issue logging into is the mobile app.
Canโt change the date
Good app but I canโt change the date to back chart
