Nice sandwiches 👍👌

Very nice vegan and veggie sandwiches options . Hand crafted nicely and also packed very perfectly which makes eating less messy . App is also good 👍. Only con is whenever there is a new promotional reward added to account there is no notifications sent or pop up on phone and hence we miss it .
Rest is good . Highly recommended if you want something different than subway 😊🙏

Disappointing.

I enjoy a good Which Wich. However, I cannot always enjoy these at the store. I need to take them to-go and living over 30 minutes away, I always request my subs with the bun on the side so that the bun doesn’t get soggy. Unfortunately, my request through the app was not fulfilled and I was told that this was not possible and it was a “company policy”. As such I will not be ordering Which Wich to go anymore.

Jersey Mikes has no issue with the bun on the side. Chipotle has no issue with tortilla and Pico on the side.

Customer service is great

The food and the customer service is five stars. The ease of use of the app is annoying at times. Can’t figure out how to leave notes or special requests or ordering a side of ranch or adding something to the sandwich that isn’t already on the sandwich. Or if I order some chips I don’t want original I want harvest cheddar or salsa flavored but no option and no place to leave notes or special requests so I either have to make the change in a busy hectic restaurant at lunch or just not order Which Wich that day and go somewhere else instead. I know it’s the thing that Which Wich does making your own sandwich bag tag but that’s annoying I’d rather just order the food at the counter and not make a bag myself

Basic App from 2002

The App really needs an overhaul. Not being able to customize your sub at all is a joke. The digital team really needs to step up and get the road map together. The basic feature of either less or more can be added within the ingredients section. Anytime I open the app, I just close it and go order from Potbelly’s or Firehouse subs. Need to get it together.. it’s 2022. No excuses for the poor execution here.

Great service

The young lady that helped me at the counter was very professional and polite. This was my first visit to Which Which and I’ll come back because I got such good service here at this store.

Awesome food and service

I always have a terrific sandwich and the owner and his wife are great! You can’t compare this to anywhere else because these sandwiches are by far so much better than anywhere!

Problems in this store

This store has issues that corporate needs to handle. It is very hot in this place. I look up to the ducts and I see clearly that the filters need changed. They are clogged not allowing air to flow. Also,They haven’t been able to serve fries for over a week. The cause; their fryer doesn’t work. That’s inexcusable for any business to shut down part of it’s operation because of faulty equipment. I don’t know your corporate structure but somebody needs to handle this.

2nd Review - Still terrible

Update 7/5/21:
Thought I’d give them another chance. Can’t reorder because it says item no longer available. I attempt to rebuild my order and sure enough, the sandwich is available- I’m just not allowed to customize veggies, sauces, etc. The limitations of this tool actually prevent me from wanting to be a customer in any way. Not going to call or place order in person when I know that the previously convenient method has been removed. Congratulations, app team- I no longer wish to spend money at the restaurant you serve.

Original review: I attempted to order my usual in the go, something that took less than 45 seconds in previous version, only to discover my order history and payment info deleted. Next time I used, earliest pick up times changed from 18 minutes to 30 minutes and on quarter hour increments only. My wife was at the store before they even started the order. Not only is the app useless, it actually removes WichWich as an option for fast food.

Removed User Friendly Options

App works, they recently removed the options to customize the Wicked and other sandwiches, so now you have to manually type the toppings into the Additional Notes section. Foolish decision creating unnecessary hassle for both customers having to write what they want and employees who have to check the notes of orders rather than the ingredient list.

App is worse than the bags

For the life of me, I don’t understand why the in store bags give more options than the app. For example, when ordering the wicked…why don’t all the options in the “BYO” come up. It will only allow you to remove items…the only options to add are bacon (which is already an item on the wicked) and add avocado.

Every sandwich should have the BYO options. I’ve been able to write in what I’d like to add in the “special instructions” section…but that is not very user friendly. It’s simple…mimic the actual ordering bag.
